- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/16 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup sliced sugar snap peas
- 1/4 cup shredded carrot
- 1/4 cup sliced radishes
- 1/2 (5-ounce) package baby spinach
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl, stirring with a whisk.
- Combine peas, carrot, radishes, and spinach in a bowl. Add oil mixture; toss to combine.
