Just three ingredients and you have a flavorful, healthy dish! It’s great cold to top a salad, too!

INGREDIENTS

2 salmon fillets
1 tbsp avocado mayo
1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning

 

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 400°. Cover a small baking dish with parchment paper or aluminum foil and place salmon, skin side down, in the dish.

Top each fillet with 1⁄2 tbsp of avocado mayo and 1⁄2 tbsp of everything bagel seasoning.

Cook for about 15 minutes or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
