Broccoli is known for its health benefits, but it’s also great for weight loss and female hormone health. Load up on the broccoli and other cruciferous veggies!

INGREDIENTS

1 large broccoli, cut into florets
2 tbsp avocado oil
1 clove garlic, minced Salt & pepper, to taste

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 450°.

In a large bowl, drizzle the avocado oil over the broccoli. Add the garlic, salt, and pepper and toss well with your hands.

Spread the mixture on a large baking sheet, trying not to let any broccoli overlap.

Cook for 20 minutes or until the edges of broccoli are crispy.
