Garlic-Roasted Broccoli


  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • Cooking spray


  1. Preheat oven to 400°. Place broccoli florets and minced garlic cloves in a large bowl. Coat generously with cooking spray; toss to coat. Arrange mixture in a single layer on a jelly-roll pan. Roast at 400° for 12 minutes or until crisp-tender, stirring once.
