- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lime rind
- 1/8 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon light brown sugar
- Dash of ground red pepper
- 2 ears shucked corn
- Cooking spray
- 1 teaspoon unsalted butter, softened
- Dash of Kosher salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat a grill pan over medium-high.
- Combine chili powder, rind, 1/8 teaspoon salt, sugar, and pepper in a bowl; rub over corn. Coat grill pan with cooking spray. Add corn to pan; cook 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove corn from pan.
- Top corn with butter and dash of salt.
