If you love French fries, then you’ll love this healthier oven baked variation. Look for low-sugar ketchup to dip them in.

INGREDIENTS

2 large baking potatoes, washed, peeled, and sliced into 1/4 to 3/4 inch wedges

2 tbsp avocado oil

1/8 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp garlic powder

1/8 tsp chili powder
1/8 tsp onion powder

1/8 tsp Italian seasoning

1/8 tsp salt

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Coat baking sheet with 1 tbsp oil.

Place potatoes on the baking sheet. Add the remaining oil and toss to coat.

Mix all seasonings together in a small bowl. Sprinkle on top of the fries.

Bake for 30 minutes, stirring at least once during cooking. Your fries should be golden and crisp.
