What did he do?

Added more fruit and veggies to his day, drank at least 90 ounces of water daily, was consistent in his workouts with a personal trainer, and Body Firm’s new Open Gym concept, cut down added sugar, dairy, and carbs, and didn’t eat anything after 7:00 PM. 

Oh – he allowed himself one alcoholic drink a week, so there was still happy hour!
