It’s hard to find a trail mix at the store that isn’t loaded with added sugars. That’s why making your own is a great way to reduce sugar intake.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup cashews
- 1 cup pecans
- 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup dried cherries
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients together in a sealable glass jar or container.
Store in the container or divide into individual 1/2 cup portions for a grab and go snack.
Makes 8 servings
