Doug’s career as a personal trainer, nutritionist, and business owner expands over 20 years. In 2007 he opened The Body Firm Personal Training Studio in Ahwatukee. Along with his wife, Tori, Doug currently manages The Body Firm and is the head personal trainer. As an Arizona State University alumnus, Doug holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and has earned the following certifications:
National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) – Personal Trainer
American Council on Exercise (ACE) – Personal Trainer
American Council on Exercise (ACE) – Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant

Tori’s lengthy history in fitness and health includes 20 years as a group exercise trainer as well as health club sales and management.
Tori’s certifications include the American Council on Exercise (ACE) for a personal trainer, and American Sports Fitness Association (ASFA).
Tori enjoys leading several groups annually toward their weight loss goals via the Body Firm’s Weight Loss Challenges.

Sandy teaches and lives fitness with energy and enthusiasm. Her fun approach and focus on proper technique and alignment has helped mold her into a knowledgable and sought-after fitness professional. Sandy’s certification includes the American Council on Exercise (ACE) for a personal trainer and several certifications for aerobic dance and group fitness instruction. She also has competed in bodybuilding competitions.
Sandy has a passion to coach and empowers others to enrich their quality of life through exercise, nutrition, and mind-body awareness. While not at the Body Firm, Sandy enjoys spending time as a “Crafty Cat” with her multiple hobbies, baking, hugging her pups, and her two adult children.

Staci’s primary mission is to empower individuals to take control of their health by merging physical fitness, nutrition, and mental well-being. Having overcome injuries and achieved significant and healthy weight loss herself, Staci is empathetic toward life’s stressors and understands the impact they have on the body.
As she understands the importance of prioritizing physical health, Staci works enthusiastically to help others transform their lives by becoming a healthier, more confident version of themselves.
Staci is dedicated to helping her clients in a safe, supportive environment where everyone feels welcome.
In her free time, Staci enjoys paddle-boarding, being creative with various arts and crafts, and exploring new recipes.

His own journey—including significant weight loss as well as overcoming sports-related injuries—sparked a passion for fitness that continues to drive his career. Adam understands the importance of training for performance while also focusing on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and long-term health. With experience in powerlifting and half marathons, he enjoys all aspects of fitness and relates to the challenges everyone faces on their path to improvement.
While not at the Body Firm, Adam is known to create delicious bread and other baked goods, and enjoys hiking & backpacking. He welcomes recommendations to trails he’s never tried.
