Heat 3/4 teaspoon dark sesame oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 1/2 cups snow peas (about 4 ounces, trimmed) and 1/2 teaspoon minced peeled fresh ginger; sauté 3 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in 1 1/2 teaspoons less-sodium soy sauce and a dash of black pepper.
