Green Bean, Arugula, and Clementine Toss

Steam one (8-ounce) package ready-to-cook fresh French-style green beans in the microwave according to package directions; halve beans crosswise. Cool 5 minutes; toss with 1 1/2 cups arugula, the segments of 1 clementine, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 2 teaspoons rice
 vinegar, and 1⁄8 teaspoon salt.
